Respect for Intellectual Property

Trad Market respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of our platform to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content on Trad Market infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to us at ip@tradmarket.com with the following information:

1. A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed.
2. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on Trad Market (e.g., a link to the listing).
3. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Notice to Seller

When a report is received and the claim appears credible, the affected seller will be notified and given the opportunity to respond with supporting documentation or to voluntarily remove the listing. After reviewing evidence from both parties, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the listing or reinstating it if the claim is determined to be unfounded.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Trad Market maintains a policy for the termination of accounts belonging to users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate the account of any user who is the subject of repeated DMCA or other intellectual property infringement notices, regardless of whether the user has active listings or pending transactions on the platform.

Recordkeeping

Trad Market maintains internal records of all reported intellectual property infringement claims and their resolutions.
